Deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleans
We offer a thorough deep cleaning service, necessary at the commencement of service as we're serious about our reputation and yours, reviews can make or break your business model (and ours) we recognise that this works both ways, and so when you join Chy you will receive a deep clean as part of our onboarding, and then when you leave we'll return the favour, leaving your Property ready for rent once again or indeed fresh ready for the winter month's family and friend hosting.
Deep cleaning differs from changeover service as there's no back to back booking window and your Property receives everything from deep carpet cleaning to oven cleans and furniture moved, every inch of your Property receives a thorough clean.
Garden maintenance
We have a wonderful in-house gardening team, experts in lawn maintenance, knowledgeable about your shrubs and bushes and are capable of landscaping beautiful spaces for your guests to enjoy.
We elevate your garden space and maintain all outside areas, from weeding to general upkeep and maintenance, patio and window cleaning.

Hot tub and pool maintenance is usually outsourced which can be costly and inconsistent throughout Cornwall, that's why we brought our service in house, local companies will charge our hour with prices starting from £140.00. We're pleased to cut that cost in half, providing peace of mind that your guests are arriving to fully changed down tubs and chemically balanced pools. Again, we recognise that this aids towards 5* reviews and is an important part of guest experience ensuring a magical stay with glowing reviews.
24/7 Emergency callouts
It's necessary. It saves a lot of back and forth and random midnight hassle about wifi codes, pesky alarms, lost keys or 'faulty key safes'. We're fully equipped to ensure that every single emergency is prioritised effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and any arising issues resolved within timely manner, whether is 2pm or 2am. We liaise directly with booking agents too, eliminating owner contact where necessary and providing peace of mind that everything is being handled in your absence, which works really well for out-of-county and country owners.
Every property has a detailed property profile on our system naming boiler details, locations, oil tank levels, energy providers and any relevant details you wish to share to ensure a smooth running meaning that our staff on the end of the phone can direct any approved contractors necessary of which, we have our area team of 15 that are accredited and available at our every beck and call across Cornwall and Devon, meaning that every emergency is covered.
24 hour takeover
The majority of our portfolio has been formulated from clients seeking consistency during seasonal months, we specialise in 24 hour (or less) takeovers whereby owners feel as though they have been let down, affected by staff sickness or otherwise lost faith in their chosen service provider and that's where we step in, last minute, within the hour if necessary, we've had 1:1 on site chats with guests arriving to properties that aren't guest arrival ready and our team sympathise in the same way we would had we been arriving to said property for our own holiday. We are the only Property Management Company in Cornwall offering immediate takeover in the event of emergency and this has proven a popular route to long term management and guaranteed consistency, we have never missed a service and are not affected by staff sickness as we have both an employed and self employed team.
